Frequently Asked Questions
Below you’ll find answers to some of the more common questions I’ve received. If you feel like you didn’t find the answer you were looking for, feel free to contact me for more information. I’m always happy to hear from people who are interested in any of my services.
WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?
I offer mental health counseling services to individuals (adults) and families living in the States of Massachusetts and Florida. I'm a Certified Clinical Supervisor and offer hourly clinical supervision to colleagues and LMHC license candidates working towards obtaining the State requirements in MA. As requested, I do hourly clinical consults, collaboration with community agencies, and schools. Fees to be discussed.
Please, refer to the tab "Services" on this website for additional information about my services.
HOW CAN I BOOK A SESSION WITH YOU?
Booking an intake session will proceed after having an initial free 15-minute consultation. This consultation will give you the opportunity to decide if my services and I are what you're looking for. During our initial conversation, we can also discuss what your concerns are, your preferences, payment options, etc. After this process, we can proceed to coordinate the next steps to start, or I can support you to find another provider.
WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Can I pay using health insurance?
Can I self-pay for the services?
I'm currently accepting health insurance and self-pay/ out-of-pocket payments. The fees, co-pays, and/or deductibles depend on several factors, such as your insurance coverage, the therapy modality, the place to offer the service, and the length of the sessions. As described before, a personalized free 15-minute consultation is recommended to explore your current insurance, your eligibility, payment responsibility, and other information that could help you decide to proceed. I'm accepting the majority of the credit cards to collect co-pays, deductibles, and/or out-of-pocket fees. Additional services, such as the time consulting with collaterals, meetings with schools, filling out documents, letters, etc. are subject to additional fees not covered by insurances. A personalized consultation is also recommended to discuss those fees. Invoices and Superbills are available.
